Scholarship for Psychology Degree-Seeking Students

Students pursuing a degree in Psychology through either Friends University’s traditional Psychology undergraduate degree program or online Psychology degree program may apply for the Addictions Counseling Scholarship. This scholarship supports students who are committed to serving individuals and communities through addictions counseling and who intend to pursue licensure and practice in the state of Kansas following completion of their education.

Requirements

Recipients must maintain good academic and social standing at Friends University and meet all admissions requirements for acceptance into their program. Scholarship applicants must also intend to pursue an addictions counseling license and practice in the state of Kansas for at least two years following graduation.

Note: Preference is to new students applying to Friends Univeristy.
